Fill the enquiry form under the Kirkland or Redmond school and send an email with child’s name, age and Parents phone number and a convenient time for a call.
Advance deposit for a month, non – refundable registration fee along with the required forms and document sent to the parents on Brightwheel account.
It is nonrefundable. Advance deposit would be used as a deposit for the child’s last month of care. It means it would be used for the last month the child exits the care. Parents should give 1 calendar month notice when the child is quitting the day care, so the school will adjust the deposit for child’s last month.
Registration fee, Material fee, Workbook fee, Late pick up fee, Backup care.
Registration fee: Registration fee is the fee which needs to be paid at the start of child’s admission. It is an annual fee which will be charged every September. It is not prorated irrespective of child’s start date. Registration fee will be charged every time the child quits care or on a vacation without holding spot and rejoins.
Material fee: Curriculum and Art materials fee for kids 3 and above.
Workbook fee: LHA workbooks are individually tailored by the school director to meet each child’s specific needs. These workbooks are provided to children based on their potential, not their age. Children aged 3 and older undergo an assessment to determine their readiness for starting these customized workbooks. The cost of each workbook is $25 and will be charged whenever a new workbook is issued to the child.
Late pick up fee: We anticipate parents picking up their child promptly according to the child’s schedule. We acknowledge that there may be unforeseen delays, so we provide a 10-minute grace period for occasional use only (not for everyday use). For late pickups exceeding 10 minutes, there will be a charge of $5 for every additional 10 minutes.
Backup care: LHA’s winter break is two weeks long, and spring break is one weeklong. Backup care will be provided based on demand and teacher’s availability with additional charges. Fees will not be prorated for holiday months.
Payments must be done by 1st of current month.
Payment can be made through the bank transfer on Brightwheel. Payment made through credit card would occur additional charges.
Nonrefundable registration fee and deposit should be paid at the time of admission to hold the spot. Monthly tuition fee should be paid on start date or 1st of every month along with curriculum and workbook fee.
Child will be observed for a period of 2 weeks for their orientation and to further discuss concerns, if any. On satisfactory completion of this trial period the child will be admitted into the program. Unresolved and open issues, if any, will result in termination of care.
Children less than 3 and kids who are joining day care for first time would be doing only part time trial for 9 to 12. Fees would be $500 plus registration fee of $150. Both fees are nonrefundable.
Fee will be charged if you wish for us to reserve the spot. If fee is not paid, spot is not guaranteed and will be subject to availability. It can be discussed with administration and would be factored case by case basis. Additionally, a registration fee will be charged again.
We offer 3 % sibling discount for 1 child, whichever fee is lower.
We will update when we are ready for corporate discounts.
Currently we do not provide the live video facility but parents are welcome to stand outside and watch through windows.
Teachers would upload pictures and videos in Brightwheel.
Please download Brightwheel app on your mobile. Both parents will have the same code. Please utilize the Brightwheel app for non-urgent messages. Teachers will respond when they have available time. Drop-off and pickup times are typically busy for teachers, as they need to attend to the care of other children in the classroom.
Any communication regarding fees and admin related can be communicated in admin-parent communication channel on Brightwheel app.
